A few things about Korean yoga:
1. Blocks are for quitters.
2. Your downdog can always be deeper.
3. If you aren't sweating, you aren't doing it right.
4. Language is no barrier.
5. Just when you think you can't, you can.
6. Go with the flow.
I love it. It is one of the best things I've done here for myself.
